Life Has Been Happening…

Peace and blessings, Fireworks! ✨

I’ve missed you.

The past few months have been some of the busiest and most transformative of my life. I’ve been quietly rebuilding my routines, embracing new opportunities, caring for my family, and discovering what it truly means to take up space without apology.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look loud—it looks like showing up every day, doing the work, and trusting that the seeds you’re planting will eventually bloom.

I’m finally coming up for air, and I’m excited to reconnect with you.

🌸 What’s New

Life has looked a little different lately.

I’ve stepped into the world of live hosting, continued advocating for women’s wellness, returned to therapy, spent countless mornings learning and growing, and found myself embracing every part of who I am instead of trying to compartmentalize my life.

One thing has become incredibly clear:

I haven’t become a different person. I’m simply becoming more myself.

✍🏾 New Blog This Friday

After a few months away, a brand-new blog post is arriving this Friday.

Coming Up for Air: Thriving through Chaos is one of my most personal reflections yet—a look at choosing intention, embracing growth, and finding peace even when life doesn’t slow down.

I can’t wait to share it with you.

🌼 What I’m Learning Right Now

Life will always have seasons of uncertainty.

The goal isn’t to avoid chaos.

It’s learning how to breathe through it.

✨ Gentle Reminders

Over the past few months, these affirmations have been gentle reminders of who I am, especially on the days life felt uncertain. I hope they encourage you as much as they’ve encouraged me.

  • 🤍 I am worthy of taking up space exactly as I am.
  • 🌱 I choose peace without abandoning my purpose.
  • 🌸 I trust the seeds I’m planting, even when I can’t yet see them bloom.
  • ✨ I am allowed to evolve while remaining true to myself.
  • 🦋 Every challenge is preparing me for the life I’m intentionally creating.

Thank you for continuing to grow alongside me. Whether you’ve been reading for years or recently joined this community, I’m grateful you’re here.

As always, thank you for being part of The Misunderstood Afro Muslimah.
